Sunshine Coast MG Club AGM and Lunch

The AGM of our club is a very important day for the club and its members. If you feel the need to assist in the running of the Club this is the day you could be elected if you put your name forward. The day starts at 11.00am [arrival and order your lunches] the AGM kicks off at 11.30, short reports from committee members, election of Officers and Trophy presentation. The whole procedure takes about 20 minutes.

Lunch starts at 12.00, this is also a quick process as meals have been pre ordered by you on your arrival and are delivered to the table in a timely manner.

START TIME – 11.00am, arrival and pre order food.   11.30am,  AGM.   12.00 – 1.30pm, Lunch.
